My wife and I were referred to Justin by our godfather. We were first time home buyers and really had no idea what to expect. We initially planned on selling our property ourselves, but we are extremely glad we decided to work with Justin. Justin led us through the process in a truly professional manner. He is busy and successful, and deserves to be. He answered all our questions and prepared us for the surprises that come up in big transactions like this. He paid for our pre-sale inspection which helped potential buyers get a better picture of the condition of our house. I’m sure that helped. Even though he welcomed a new member to his family and had other houses to show, he managed to keep all the communications humming along. When we was not available, he always had an associate available to assist and keep the ball rolling.

An entire regimen outlined well in advance included door-knocking the entire neighborhood, special open houses, and a high-quality video of our property. His ability and willingness to answer my questions proved not only his knowledge, but also his personal concern. It was my personal relationship with Justin that made me use him in the first place. However, it was his concern for our personal needs, unique process in listing and advertising our property, and overall professionalism that will keep me coming back for future needs.
