He Went Over 2500 Miles for Us
Justin recently helped my elderly in-laws in California sell their home they’ve been in for 50+ years. I’ve known Justin for a long time. I knew in advance that he would be the ONLY person I would have recommended to represent them with the sale of their home. I knew that his care, diligence, and compassion would be a necessity on this transaction. My wife’s parents aren’t the type of people that buy and sell every few years. This is the last move they are planning on making. They needed someone to hold their hand. — What I wasn’t counting on was to the extent that Justin went above and beyond for them. Where most agents would have got the listing and handed it off to a team member or assistant, Justin stayed personally involved every step of the way. When unexpected challenges popped up, Justin was on the front-lines addressing each issue head-on until resolution was met.
Several times he stepped in to assist with things beyond the scope of what a real estate professional is normally hired to do. Last minute clean-up, staging, door lock changes, packing, moving truck rental… Granted, you may want to handle these things on your own… But the point is my in-laws were not capable of managing the stress of all the details at their age and stay on schedule. – Justin made it happen! Without him facilitating the details, their profits would have been gobbled up by vendors that would have been more than happy to cash in on an elderly couple in a pinch. I’m forever grateful for all his effort, expertise, and most of all his empathy.
